Refund Policy
Returns
We accept returns purchased directly from autopartsbeyond.ca within 5 business days from the date it was delivered; however, the product(s) must be new, uninstalled, and in its original packaging along with any accessories provided. Refunds are issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at autopartsbeyondsales@gmail.com. If the return request has been approved, you will need to ship the product(s) to the facility stated in the email. It is your responsibility to print the shipping label and pay any applicable shipping fees, taxes and duties associated with returning the product to our facility in Canada.
All returns must be approved. Any unapproved returns, will not be processed, and will not be reshipped to the purchaser.
